Thomas Starr
Tom received his gift of life with a liver transplant at UCLA Medical Center in June of 1988.
He founded Miracles for Life in 2002 to pass along his gift. In addition to Miracles for Life Foundation, Tom sits on several boards associated with organ donor awareness including, The Kidney Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, the Pedia Hope Trust of Fairfax, Virginia, the Aubrey Rose Hollenkamp Childrens' Trust of Cincinnati, Ohio and is a guest speaker for Transplant Speakers International.
He has spent over thirty years at Xerox in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing in various field, corporate, national and international positions.
He is a certified private pilot, SCUBA diver and professional speaker.
His son James and James' wife Amy live in Sarasota with their son Riley born in March 2002. James and Amy are both pharmaceutical reps on the Florida Gulf Coast.
